“Huge shoutout to Dalton at Boundary Ford. I purchased my new Bronco from Dalton and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I first came in about a month ago to do some test drives, but unfortunately he wasn’t in that day and I didn’t have the best experience with the salesperson I dealt with at the time. When the time came about a week ago that I needed to purchase a new vehicle, Dalton had already told me from the beginning to come see him whenever I was ready, and I am glad I did. He made the entire experience very easy going and stress free. I had terrible experiences at previous dealerships I’ve purchased from, so I was worried it would be the same experience here, this was absolutely not the case. He was never pushy, extremely easy to communicate with, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood everything about the vehicle. He walked me through all of the features, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely confident with my purchase. Even after the sale, he has continued to be incredibly helpful whenever I call or text with questions. I truly can’t recommend Dalton enough. “Great price. Great service. Just a little disappointed in return policy. Bought a power steering pressure hose and tore open plastic bag jagged. Found by my mistake that I did not need it. Went back to return it and they would not return it. So I checked return policy and I went back and had to insist on it being returned. After some time waiting they finally returned it but charged me a restocking fee even though it was returned next day. The part was not dirty. Not installed. In perfect order. Only the bag was damaged. So as I said a little disappointed that they don’t follow their posted return policy. If I would not have fought for my rights I would have been out of luck. Even return policy states “hassle free” and restocking fee after 90 days. Maybe you should add. “Don’t damaged the bag”
Scott the owner reached out to me and was very concerned. Unfortunately some people abuse there return policy and ruin it for legitimate returns. He checked into my return and is willing to return all of my money. Thanks a bunch Scott. Shows real concern and commitment to customers.”
