I am helped everytime im there, problems are solved, and seems to have a dedicated team.. same breath I maybe go to a bank couple times a year... there are many people who think waiting 1 min is far too long while others think they should be 1st over anyone else on this planet... sooo I can see why the stars and reviews are not so gr8.. haha..”

“I am only giving Scotiabank five stars because of Carolyn. She is AMAZING! Not only did she return my call during an extremely busy time for herself but she also took the time to explain things and answer all my questions.
If I was rating Scotiabank customer call centre it would be in the negative as the representative could not answer any of my questions (including the ability to book me an appointment with Carolyn) and at one point I even asked her if she felt that she was adequately trained to do her job. Very frustrating and a waste of my time.”
