“I am considering a private (non-dealership) vehicle purchase. I have an existing line of credit but wanted to know if CIBC (which i already have accounts with) would be able to offer me an auto loan with a better interest rate. I talked to Simarleen Singh Ajmani, a Financial Services Rep with the bank. Even though he had an upcoming appointments scheduled with a client, he took the time to consider my situation. Instead of trying to get my business or book an appointment with me, he told me that the bank couldn't beat the interest rate I have on my existing line of credit. The honesty and care to insure that I didnt waste my time was refreshing and appreciated.”

“Doljana ( I hope I got that right ) was so informative, I can’t believe I ever went to other TD locations. She taught me so many things I didn’t know about not e-transfering from savings or I’d get a charge, about my Apple Pay not working and helped solve everything. She fixed my Apple Pay which took a couple tries but she knew exactly why, she helped get some of the charges removed from my savings e-transfers since I was not aware when I did them. Gave me lots of advice, made good small talk. Very helpful I am actually astonished haha. Also all the other people inside all seemed so lovely and happy and It’s got a good energy.”
