Jim and his team are literally my favorite people today, I had an unfortunate experience with my wedding rings exactly 3 days after Jim had done a different repair and was heartbroken, I made the trip to Morinville (I live about an hour away) and Jim had my rings repaired again in only a few days! The speed is amazing, the quality is second to none and the staff there are so wonderful, I took my poor cursed rings back this morning after I noticed a stone missing and Jim had it replaced in 5 minutes! The lovely lady out front is so kind and welcoming. I can’t stress it enough…GO THERE!”
