I’m extremely happy with the customer service, shipping and their packaging although I wish I was given the option to purchase another case for the ring as it came with a generic box that wasn’t my taste. However, you can’t beat their prices and quality of their rings. The diamond report was accurate which matters the most to me. I was a first time customer at Independent Jewellers and they have my full trust. I’d recommend this store to anyone shopping within Canada. Save a ton on duties as oppose to purchasing on US online stores. The shipping was also free from Edmonton all the way to Toronto where we live. “We had Vandernbergs design and create an engagement ring and two wedding bands for us. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a very short timeline to have everything ready. The whole team at Vandernbergs was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative. They were able to have everything done right before our wedding day!We would like to thank Jordan who welcomed us and helped us during our first visit, Guillermo for helping us find the perfect diamond, Debora for creating the gorgeous designs and answering all of our questions, Chelsea for stepping up and maintaining a clear line of communication while Debora was away, and Inah who I met when I picked up the rings 2 days before our wedding. There are other people we would like to thank such as the goldsmiths and fabricators that were involved in the creation of the rings. “My first time ever visiting this place and I spent well over an hour! An AMAZING selection of all different types of crystals, not to mention fossils and shells. You can't argue with the prices either, makes it hard not to spend your whole check :) I'll definitely be back! Recommend getting the member card but just a heads up that they stamp it with every $40 you spend so if you go over $60 it's almost worth topping it up to $80 to get a second stamp!”

“Searched for a guitar all over for my son and we ended up finding a beautiful one here!!The staff are so personable and great to deal with. We were in the store a long time chatting with my son and dad asking tons of questions and they made them feel super comfortable answering all there questions and more. My young son was able to negotiate with them and they treated him so great he felt really good about it! They made us feel very welcome there. All the staff were awesome. “Excellent time shopping here twice this week! Hieu and another salesman helped me with a silver bracelet to match my chain I bought elsewhere and it was identical! There was a ring that caught my eye, but I wasn’t set on it, they happily put it on hold for me and Hieu sent me very good pics and videos of it. I came back the next day to buy it, and get my bracelet resized, which was done in 30 minutes!
