“I had brought my ring in (purchased elsewhere) to have my stone changed. I had checked out other jewellery stores before finding prestige and am glad I shopped around first. Prices and quality are excellent! Usually those two don’t go hand in hand but here they do. Rahim even ordered a couple different diamonds for me to choose from to make sure I got one that was the perfect blush color. My lab diamond is still as sparkly as it was a couple months ago like I was promised it would stay but I was skeptical after having morganite in my ring that got dirty and cloudy after a few days. My ring was sent back with a broken claw but they sent it off to get fixed and rebuilt all the claws with no charge to me to make sure it was super secure. I felt like I was in good hands the entire process. Will be recommending to everyone who needs a top tier jewelry store.”

“This is the type of place you go to that makes you annoyed you ever shopped at one of the big chain stores with the terrible radio ads, or even worse - online retailers. Sean was great to deal with, honest and straightforward. I was looking for a special anniversary gift for my wife but had to stick to a budget. Sean was respectful of that and gave me a great deal on a pair of diamond earrings - better than anything I was able to find online. When I picked them up they were stunning! “West End Exchange isn't like the normal pawn shops you walk into..usually you cringe going in knowing your gonna take a huge hit and that the employers are hoping to take what you have as cheap as possible to make as much as possible off of you..when you go to West End Exchange you get treated like an equal, you get paid fair for what you have to offer, and they offer you what they have for the same fair price. “I have been in contact with Canadian diamond “boyz” for some time to enquire about getting gold bottoms. I informed them that I was hearing impaired, and the form of communication that suited me was through texts only -Mr. Dow gladly obliged. I expressed what I wanted, my concerns with lead time, and what I could do to trade in gold; Mr. Dow walked me through the entire process like a true professional. I finally got my impressions done, traded some gold, and simply hung out for a bit to “Bro out” over jewelry projects. There was another young man at the counter, and both dudes were great, I don’t write reviews very often, but what a nice experience. Furthermore, I texted Mr. Dow afterwards to change my order from Six teeth to Eight bottom teeth, and he told me it wasn’t a problem at all. I’ll be doing more business -a lot more business with them in the future. I’m not a pro with jewelry, but I am a pro with doing business, and I Only do business with those I like, and respect. Great job, Five stars.”

“I made the mistake of riding an electric bull with my wedding ring on so I a.) Lost a setting stone. b.) Bent my ring and c.) Had a visible crack in the band. I actually went to a different jeweler first but they didn't work with moisonite and they recommended highglow and I'm so glad I went here, my ring looks brand new and for a really fair price compared to other places. Jewelry is repaired on site and all of the staff seems knowledgeable when it comes to questions. All in all I'm very happy with the staff and service here.”
