Service from staff is always great, but the hours are bad. There are packages coming in everyday, yet weekends are not even covered for a few hours in a major cargo hub that is YEG. The airport is constantly expanding, there is no reason not to pay for staff to work for even just 4hrs on Saturday and Sunday to accommodate P1 packages that are $80+ USD extra for if dealing with international shipping.

Do not use FedEx.. Ruined what was suppose to be a happy occasion!!! Paid to have an important document over night.. on line stated would be delivered.. when I called was told lies about delivery issues.. then the agent told me that I could pick it up the next day.. but the depot was closed.. then on top of it they could not even guarantee we could pick it up on the Monday… horrible horrible… messing with peoples lives.. suppose to be a great family weekendcelebration but this became the focus!! Shame on you Fed Ex!!!!

If your package arrives early than expected by the shipper. Fed ex won’t deliver it until the actual expected day or a day later. It’s happened to me so many times fed ex is no longer my preferred shipping company.

They gave me the right piece and called me back to give me another piece from the same sender...it was clearly marked for another company to pick up and going to a different client. This is another reason I stopped using them a few years ago.

For the past decade plus FedEx was my go to service provider. Today all that changes. I had a package arrive in Canada July 4th (expected delivery day was July 7th) today is August 3rd. Spoke with a FedEx rep which was a fail. Tried again with a FedEx supervisor, once again another fail. The worst part of it all is the supervisor had worse customer service skills then the csr’s. Even though the customer service reps couldn’t resolve my situation they were able to give me 10X more valuable info that I needed. Unlike the supervisor who spoke to me with disrespect and stopped replying to my messages once I kept catching her in her lies. I could go on with this terrible month long process and service with this supervisor but I’ll leave it there. Not going to say don’t use FedEx but if you end up going through the same or similar situation as I am then it’s your faultCheers

I visited this place specifically to send a motherboard for a RMA. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and well-informed. I handed over the package around noon, and to my delight, it reached its destination in Ontario before noon the following day. Although the cost was a little high, the service provided was truly outstanding.

Worst customer service. One the phone 3 days in a row with 4 different agents and all promised that the package will be delivered or they will call back with the resolution of the problem and neither of the two has happened. I don't recommend them and will seek other companies for my shipping needs in future.
