If you are needing a Mortage I can't recommend Tracey enough. We used multiple brokers that ran our credit and came up with zero solutions for us, after dealing with Tracey for a week she had us approved and ready to go. Thank you Tracey!!!

These people love to waste your time. Will leave you standing there for 30+ minutes to talk about personal topics. You want a bank that actually does banking, and can handle your banking needs in a timely manner, look anywhere else but this place.

Deposited a draft with proper documentation and a hold was put on. Sat on hold for almost an hour to be told they could not help and to go into my branch. Poor Customer Service

Monday morning after a long weekend and one teller, lots of employees but only one working. Wait in line for over 45 min for a simple bank draft. Terrible service.

Today our young Son opened his first bank account at Okotoks ATB. Thank you to Alex for the amazing assistance and explanations in this process and Kyle that processed his first transaction and answered his questions. A very positive, professional first experience.

Today I went in to ask a simply question after 2 hours trying to find the answer to how long is my deposited cheque will be held…. They never held it before Feb 25/23. I talked to this gentleman I asked him and after 20 min… he still never gave me an answer ??♀️

Within the past year, I have not had a good experience at this branch. I have gone to other branches throughout Calgary with no problems. One employee imparticular always leaves me feeling judged financially and gives me unsolicited advice whenever I am there for simple banking transactions. I would not trust this business to guide me with my finances nor would I reccomend them to anyone, unless you want to leave feeling defeated & ridiculed.

Every time I visit this branch I leave saying how much I love ATB over other banks. Other banks give me nothing but trouble and ATB has the best customer service out there!

I have just changed banks the staff at Okotoks ATB have been a breath of fresh air, I can't thank Carol and the rest of the staff enough for the wonderful service.

I really like ATB. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I have dealt with all the other major banks over the years, but ATB makes banking more enjoyable than any of the others.
