“I went to this branch to close my account with ATB today. Had I ever once received customer service 50% as good as I received at this location today I probably wouldn't be closing my account. The entire branch of Shawnessy couldn't dream of offering as much support or service as I received in Okotoks today. Mind you one of the women helping me was new to ATB as well. If you bank with ATB I'd say to consider driving from Calgary to here. They treat you like humans. Thank you Delayne and Anita.”
