I cannot recommend Dave at Broken Axle enough. He never tries to rip you off by telling you things need doing when they don't. He does a great job at such a reasonable price. He's a great guy and a great mechanic. I'd recommend him.over any other dealerships or shops I've used in the past.

First came to Broken Axle when shopping around for some routine maintenance prices, after speaking to friends and colleagues discovered one friend had used Broken Axle for years prior. The feedback and competitive pricing made it a no brainer! We have been bringing our 2016 Renegade to Broken Axle for routine maintenance for almost two years, and have found the service to be swift, the price to be affordable and the quality of work to be great. Dave is always willing to squeeze me in when I hear a mystery sound that I can't ignore or work around our hectic schedules when booking. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Complete fraud, totally unprofessional! Was trying to buy parts for my vehicle off Facebook. I had totalled my vehicle, so no longer needed said parts. Sent Dave $50 deposit and when I asked for HALF back. In good faith I thought it was going to be okay, as he was decent enough to hold said items. He fought tooth and nail and proceeds to say that the deposit was security for myself! When in reality it’s so he didn’t sell said parts to someone else! Highly don’t recommend his services to anyone.
EDIT - Totally profound to believe that you responded to my complaint. I see how you do business and it’s totally unprofessional doesn’t matter if it’s private or not! The fact that you believe you’ll never do business with me ha. You already have I’ve paid you for goods and services that I will never get to see or use cause I didn’t want them no I told you in a professional manner that I had no use for them as per my vehicle being totalled I would have loved to used said items for my vehicle. But now your just simply holding onto a deposit unfaithfully especially when I was considerate about asking for half.

They were awesome! They were able to fit me in relatively quickly, got back to me in a very timely manner, and were very efficient when it came to the repair. Dave and Nicky were also both very kind, polite and professional, they create a very personable image of the business as a whole. Very transparent, great service, and super friendly. They kept exactly to the initial quote, and took great care of my stubborn old TJ. Will be returning for further work, and would recommend them.

I had a profound and progressive howling noise on my truck. I took it in to this shop for an appraisal and was told I needed a rear end job and quoted 3k. This included a new rear end and bearings, 4 new rotors, full brake job and a water pump. I then took my truck to my trusted and licensed backyard mechanic for a second opinion and he replaced 2 rotors only, a full brake job and water pump. I was told no evidence of a rear end job needed and bearings were not leaking. Howling was the rotors wearing and water pump vibrating NOT the rear end! Spend 1k instead of 3k and have a perfectly working vehicle now. Be cautious of this place!
