The worst customer service everI asked for help with filling the addressThey lady behind the counter said I probably know less that you. I send everyone to fill out info online . I was shaking after that nonsense. Didn't even try to help. That is horrible.Will never use that office again

God forbid you need a piece of tape to put a label on a package. They "don't have tape, but you can buy some!". Fed up business that run Canada Post outlets making up silly rules and not willing to help you. What if I was a senior?! I bet I would have been treated way differently!

It is absolutely absurd how utterly useless the staff are at this Canada Post location. Don’t bother wasting your time trying to get in touch with them by phone or, worse yet, in person.

As someone working for a small business you guys need to stock more pre paid boxes, 1 out of 3 times that I go in your out of them. (Changed my rating as it seems staff are happier and the stock issues are slightly less frequent)

This is the world post office in Alberta. I refuse to come here because the staff are just miserable. If you go there in a good mood expect to come out fuming. The manager is the most vile, condescending women. The type of person that always has to be right, even if she's in the wrong. She talks down to everyone as if they are children. If you need to mail something do yourself a favor and go to the hc pharmacy down the street or Sobeys. They will atleast treat you like a human.

We have been regular customers since 2012. Tanya and her team are amazing so supportive and easy going. We have shipped hundreds of parcels/shipments out and we could not have a better staff. They are polite, kind and helpful - Thank you for being awesome!!
