I just came there couple of minutes ago for a hair cut the lady cut my hair shorter than the length that I've told her. She left to talk to someone in the middle of doing my hair so unprofessional. And she keeps on minding other's customers like choosing the products for their hair while she's doing my hair. It's my first time to go there, so disappointing! I will never go back to that salon never again!

Friendly staff they greet you with a smile on their faces. A simple haircut gets it done in 10-15 mins..great result..good pricing..being new to okotoks , im so happy to have found this place to have my harcut done.
Adequate parking too..clean place ..
Im coming back for my next.

I’ve had amazing experiences every time I have come but today I got the worst hair cut of my life, I’m not sure wether she didn’t listen to me or just doesn’t know how to cut hair, my hair was uneven, she blamed it on my cowlick but my mom evened it out in under a minute and she also does not know how to fade hair, they were cut way to short and one side isn’t even faded just bald, she cut way to high over my ear and then “faded” it from there and she also missed part of my sideburn. Overall just not impressed and will be wearing a hat for the next month

Check in on line and arrived to an empty waiting area👍. A walk-in arrived after me and was taken first by the middle aged, dark haired stylist. Stunned!

I got my hair cut yesterday and it was an amazing experience! My hair was at my lower back and I decided I needed a big change so had it cut up to my collarbone with some layers and face framing. My hairdressers did a stellar job! I forget her name but thank you for making my vision come true and helping me regain my confidence! Not only were all the people super nice but the price was very affordable and the wait time was next to nothing!

I like this place. They always do a good job, very friendly staff. I will most certainly continue to use this place for all my haircuts.
