While I was in the changing room, I noticed the sales associate on a ladder, hanging clothes with a clear view right into my changing room while I was standing there in my underwear. I mean, she was just doing her job, but given the circumstances, the placement of the changing room was pretty questionable.

Had amazing help and service from Cassandra this evening. She helped me with finding some boots on clearance in my size, was super friendly and incredibly helpful.

Worst customer service…I was there almost an hour… no one asked me once if I needed help.. except when I was almost done…I spent almost $900… I had to find everything on my own and the sizes I needed!The cashier was great but that kinda dimmed my overall experience there…I won’t shop at this location again

Sale: Buy one get one 50% off. Buying 6 items 2 at each price.. Any normal person would assume that you'll get one of each at 50%. NOT the three lowest. When brought up the to cashier they exemplified the stereotype of a minimal wage worker who really doesn't care. (likely being continually stuck between a bad policy and customers) Fortunately they were convinced to do three sperate transactions.Dear Mark's, this policy actively discourages add on sales.

Our house burnt down last fall, most possessions were lost. Marks stepped up tremendously with great discounts to help replace workwear, winter gear and other essentials. Thank you for being a great community role model.

I needed to buy steel toe boots for work around 4:30/5:00pm today. The lady working at the til was extremely condescending and talked down to me as if I was a “stupid teenage girl” buying steel toe boots for fashion. She asked if I really need timberlands. I did not get them because they were timberlands, I purchased them because my workplace requires steel toe boots, they were water proof and had extra comfortable soles. I’m 25, I would rather not work 8hrs outdoors in wet boots and socks or injure my feet doing labour with uncomfortable shoes. This lady was very stuck up, judgemental, and should not be working in customer service.
