“I had a defective flooring transition piece and took it in to Home Depot Okotoks location. I didn't think that I was going to get a refund for it because I was installing a floor for a neighbor who paid for the piece, and the neighbor wasn't with me at the time. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the wonderful young lady (Shelby) at the return counter advised that "not a problem" she would allow me to exchange the defective piece with a new replacement, without the receipt. Wow, now that is service and the reason that I keep buying everything at Home Depot Okotoks!!!!!”

“I had a delivery of two appliances purchased at Home Depot Okotoks. The delivery company was awful (didn’t take the old fridge downstairs as arranged, didn’t call ahead of time, tracked mud on my off white carpet and then left the old fridge on my landing blocking the front door, and left the new fridge by the dishwasher-Transource was the company)Well the Home Depot manager (Ally) got the brunt of my frustration.Not only did he listen and apologize but gave a free appliance dolly as a loaner and then covered the cost of my carpet shampoo and then some. Talk about good management leadership. Great de-escalation skills and made good on the problem generously. I will only buy from that Home Depot in the future! (Only Transource will never be allowed to deliver)”
