Cornerstone has worked with PFM, Daryl and his team for many years now and we have had very positive experiences. They have handled many various shipments across Canada. Chris has responded to my request and concerns and has worked to get me the answers that our customers sometimes require. We will continue to work with them having confidence that our freight is in good hands.

We have been using PFM for several years for all types and sizes of shipments. PFM has always been accommodating with our requests and has always delivered on time, with no issues and at the best price. I would not use anyone else as they always have our best interests in mind.

The Performance Freight Management team are testament to the strong supply chain leaders here in Alberta. Daryl and team are very professional and problem solvers. They understand the needs of the client, make suggestions and offer their expertise to save their clients money. It is hard to find supply chain specialists who are looking to build long lasting relationships like PFM. Daryl is very approachable and will always hear your concerns. Overall very pleased!

I have dealt with PFM for several years. I have found when dealing with them, they go out of their way to make deliveries happen. Their rates are phenomenal, service is incredible and Daryl and his team are great to deal with. I would highly recommend them to get your delivery to your destination, near or far.

Experience started out well, but beware of their accounting department. They delivered the item almost 1.5 hours from our house, but they agreed to help find a carrier to bring it to our house. That last mile carrier was a nightmare. They did not delivery the item on the agreed upon day and never called. We called repeatedly and it was finally rescheduled for the next day. My wife took two days off work to accomodate their schedule. We complained to Performance and asked to raise it with the other company. Took them months to contact the other company. The other company was unresponsive. This is when the experience turned poor with Performance. They sent us a bill, for the first time, saying the bill was 90 days over due. Additionally, the agreed upon price for the delivery was $150 US dollars. However, now, they would only accept payment in Canadian dollars in the amount of $165. I would have prefered to avoid the 3.5% charge for use of credit card, but they insisted on Canadian dollars. I don't send money internationally, but my bank said I had to come in to get a check for Canadian dollars. Enough was enough, paid with credit card to be done with these people.
