Today I needed to take time to review your Shell employee named Yash. He is truly very kind, polite, and always helpful. He greets me so well every day, and his warm attitude always makes my visits pleasant. He consistently provides excellent customer service and treats everyone with respect. His positivity and dedication really stand out. Shell is fortunate to have such a hardworking and genuine employee. Keep up the great work, my friend Yash!

Went with intention to fill my tank from empty. Got through 20 seconds of filling while trying to mute the extremely loud ad playing and upon not finding a quick solution to the incredibly intrusive music, I hung up the nozzle and drovep to petro where I purchased the gas. Then I purchased a drink, snack and gum I had also intended on buying. The ad cost you 75 in gas and 15 dollars in store. Won't be back to any shell with a big screen pump.

Gas is ten cents more than in Calgary and the pumps all blast full volume ads that can’t be skipped.

Gas prices are 1.32 L here and in 25 KM away in shawnessy they’re a 1.10. Drive the extra distance and get almost 10 more litres for the same price. Skip this greedy spot. This station is usually the first in Okotoks to jack their prices up and the last to lower them. Clean otherwise, annoying videos/audio while you pump gas.

The gas pumps have ads with audio that is way beyond safe sound levels. Stopped fueling after 40 liters as I could not take the abuse.

Went here at 9pm and the door was locked for “security reasons” … uhh okay. At any rate it was annoying enough for us to just go to the 7-11 up the road in the future.

Gas pumps were nice and quick and I was able to get in and out quickly which I appreciated. There was no line up for the carwash, but now I know why... it doesn't work very well. My car would have been cleaner if I just let it sit out in the rain. Lack of water pressure / flow to actually clean. Won't be using this wash again.

I was waiting in the truck while my husband was going into the store, for some weird reason the cashier locked the door in my husband's face and then as we drove off I saw her unlock it and open the door. Maybe she has a issue with men going in at this time or something? Was really rude and didn't make sense since they don't close for 2 more hours...
