It was fantastic to have the person answering the phone find me a storage unit that was within my budget and size needs. Then when I got to the location to finalize things, it was so easy and Christine made me feel like a valued customer... actually, she treated me better than that and I truly appreciate it.

Not sure what the clerk did when we got our unit but they created two accounts for us for the same unit. Now we are constantly getting double billed for one unit and have spent 3 days calling and either no one pick up or the customer service team can't issue refunds/fix the problem. Getting very annoyed that this isn't getting resolved right away and is costing us hundreds of dollars for someone's else mistake. All we get told is that we'll experience this issue all over again next month cause they can't fix it either.

In a time when everything is in chaos - moving - the staff was amazing. Christine was so helpful and knowledgable. She helped us every step of the way including recommending the type of lock we should get. The facility has easy access, is clean and well laid out. We HIGHLy recommend this place.
