We like that Storage Mart offered other storage rental options than just month to month. If we hadn't of found Storage Mart in Okotoks we would have been paying a month of fees for 2 days. The unit was clean, easy to access, people helping us at the front counter were helpful, friendly and offered information regarding pricing options that other storage company staff didn't offer. With other storage rental options in Calgary things were hidden in the fine print or the information wasn't offered until you were locked into the more expensive option.

Super convenient and easy to get in and out of. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Enjoyed our experience using this storage facility highly recommend.

Fantastic friendly service. The heated units are clean & the receptionist are out cleaning sweeping floors also keeping the grass cut very clean facilities all around. We would highly recommend StorageMart in Okotoks. Charlene and Annette are very helpful, responsive, and friendly. They really went above and beyond to help us find a unit to fit our needs. The location is very clean, secure, and convenient to access. Overall, we had a great experience!

Very welcoming location manager.Not so impressed with the verbal notice, at the time of getting my location access set up, that rental rates would be going up in 3 to 6 months because your expectation is the storage rental is considered by you as a short term accommodation.I had online application issues and payment was taken before the application could be completed. However assistance over the phone by the location manager and your customer service department was efficient and polite in rectifying the application process.

Best Storage facility in the Calgary/Okotoks area. Great hours and access, top notch cleanliness and customer service. If you need short term or long term storage this is the place to come!

The staff at Storage Mart were so great and helpful. The property is extremely well maintained, the indoor units are well lit and the cleanliness is better than any other storage facility I’ve used.The hours make it very accessible as does the location.Highly recommend using storage mart if you need to store your stuff.
