Bought a pair of Sketchers sandals and the sole delaminated after 2 days. This store doesn't refund or exchange. Sketchers are garbage for the price and now I'm out $70.

Amazing customer service from Brooklyn! They didn’t have my shoe size in a pair I wanted she explain each my options. Then help me order the pair in my size to ship to my house . She was very friendly and helpful!

Was impressed with the selection of shoes overall. Looked at the outdoor shoe selections and found a few types of quality hiking shoes and boots that I had not seen in Sportchek or Atmosphere…Will definitely look here again for some hard to find items. The girl working here was very helpful & friendly

This store is very new to Okotoks, and let me tell you I am stoked that they are here. Been here a few times already, and it is a great experience every time. The assistant manager (not sure what his name is) is very helpful and sweet. The Shoe Company also has some great benefits, including a VIP membership (that you obtain through buying shoes from them of course), and after my first shoe purchase of only 80$, I already had a 10$ off coupon for my next purchase. Go here for the great deals, and great customer service. (also very tolerant of those with medical exemptions for masks which is a fresh surprise considering many places currently are not)

New to Okotoks! I'm so glad that they've opened this location here. Prior to the shoe company arriving in Okotoks there were very few places I could go to buy quality shoes, and this place really has it all! They sell all sorts of quality name brand shoes such as Nike, Adidas and Vans. (And for a good price too!) I recently went to this location to purchase a pair of all black slip on Vans and they were exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and helped me out. The only downside was that when I went to grab some hand sanitizer from their dispenser it was SOAP. Oops!! Hopefully they've realized this mistake and have replaced it. ?
