Julie was very unpleasant, I’ve never met a customer service worker so blatantly displeased to do a simple think like print a receipt - also as someone who is there regularly, she lied as ‘she hasn’t been asked to do that in two years’ (print a receipt)

My wife just left her job there because it was so poorly managed. Hands down worst work environment she’s ever been in where manager promised a lot, and delivered nothing.

Absolutely appalling that a bank will not accept cash. This is not a 3rd world country yet. Worst experience ever glad you guys are not in my bank anymore

Connectfirst sold out our community.Now all we have is this force fed conglomerate that represents people that aren't even in our community.I have a feeling that, that was the whole point of the acquisition; to sell out the farmers and destroy our community by displacing our communal financial institutions and putting them into foreign influenced hands.This bank doesn't have a future.I want the old credit union back.

After joining this bank as mountain view credit union I was a huge fan, ever since the takeover of first connect however, customer service and friendliness has been thrown out the window. Tellers are rude over the phone, and unwilling to work with customers the way they used to be able to in MVCU I will be closing my accounts with this farce of a credit union shortly.

I've been a member here for 10+ years. If you want to do personal banking here then its not bad but trying to do anything business related is a nightmare. They dont know how to send GST forms & they end up coming back. So I just did it myself online. Ive been trying to get the proper RRSP form for my accountant. The amounts are wrong & called 3 times to be brushed off saying thats the only form they send out. Then they told me they are sent out weekly (Ive only ever received it once in the mail at the end of the year). They then go on to charge me $15 for a copy when they lost it in the first place. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Just received our T5 in the mail and I am extremely angry, with all the breaking into mail boxes, I can not believe that you actually advertise on the outside of the envelopes the tax documents are enclosed, S.I.N. Number name address what more could a thief ask for, good job on the privacy issues will be closing all accounts ASAP won’t happen next year I can assure you.
