“Just had an amazing experience with their staff..
Was waiting at the customer service desk. One of their staff promptly attended me and then called their manager “Manjot”
While i was still waiting for him another staff checked upon me. I think she is the assistant manager named “sharon” or it starts with alphabet “s”
I had a return.. a child safety gate.. which was just past its 30 days policy. But the staff was extremely helpful and great listeners..
And their manager agreed to process the refund!
