Reading your past responses about customer service being your top priority, I'm surprised that you won't let paying customers use your restroom. This is not at all what I would have expected. Do better.

A coworker of my sons was in the Ponoka 7-Eleven. He is 67 years old, purchased smokes and lunch and then needed to use washroom. He was refused!!! How shameful!!H

When young workers run away from the till and out the front door while yelling "I want to see your car" to their friends, with several people in line, that doesn't give a good impression.Show some professionalism.
