7-Eleven

7-Eleven, Convenience Stores , Gas Stations
Hours: 7-Eleven in Red Deer is a neighbourhood go-to store that is open 24/7. It is home to everything expected from a convenience store and more, including a Scotiabank. Customers find the staff to be great, very kind, mostly helpful, and treat regular customers like friends. The food offerings receive strong praise, noted for being delicious, fresh, and tasty, with specific mention of the best huge chicken wings, very good pizza, and butter croissants that taste like they are from scratch. However, there are significant concerns about safety and management. The store is described as unsafe for the public and staff due to a lack of cameras, with reports of people doing drugs around the store and stealing without consequences. The district manager is widely criticized as disrespectful to customers and team members, with calls for them to be fired. Despite these issues, many customers express that they never had a bad experience, think it's great, and love the staff.
