7-Eleven

7-Eleven, Convenience Stores
Hours: 7-Eleven is a small store that offers takeout and has a drive-thru Tim Hortons. Due to its size, the store can often feel cramped, and a larger space would be helpful. Customers appreciate the friendly and positive staff, with some employees being especially helpful and kind, like Carla and Tara. The Tim Hortons inside is highly praised, with staff members there being pleasant and easy to talk to. However, there are mixed experiences with some employees at the 7-Eleven part, where a few customers noted instances of rude behavior, such as loud or snarky comments and actions like throwing items or locking people out. One staff member was described as very rude, while others were friendly and helpful. Despite some negatives, the majority of staff are presentable and provide good customer service. A customer who recently started working at the location mentioned that, although not perfect, the staff are trying their best to give great food and service, showing that effort is being made to improve.
