Three out of four staff, including the manager, at this branch have no understanding of customer service or common sense. On a return visit the same day, a staff person with customer service intelligence and common sense helped me quickly with the transaction from earlier that day. She did exactly what I had asked for earlier.

Very poor customer service, I don't know if anyone picks up a phone there but not once have they answered, I live outta town and if you need anything answered or have any questions do not bother

DON'T BOTHER trying to call , and speak to Anyone..., No one will EVER answer....!!!! I'd give ZERO stars if I could.... BOOOOO!!! also, once my Car Loan is paid off., I will NEVER use this "Bank" again.... Buh bye!!!
