However, despite not having all the necessary information at hand, Jorge Palma and Ruth patiently waited and assisted me with a big smile.As someone from a minority background, I sometimes feel uneasy about how people treat me, but Jorge Palma treated me with great respect and guided me through my problem in a friendly manner. To my surprise, Ruth even went out of her way to come to me and ensure I got the answers I needed.When you're in a rush, it's incredibly challenging to go back and rectify any mistakes. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to both Jorge and Ruth for their immense help, especially considering the urgency of my situation.
