“I visited winners/homesense on the afternoon of March 28, 2024 and just wanted to say how fantastic and kind the staff was. I am from Edmonton, but always stop by the Red Deer location because of how immaculate and well-kept the store is. Today, I was foolishly carrying too many items (so much cute stuff!) and I accidentally knocked over and broke a glass bottle. Staff found me immediately and were so kind and polite dealing with the situation. One employee quickly went to get a broom and the other stayed so nobody would get injured. I was so apologetic and offered to pay for the broken item but they were soo nice about it, and reassured me it happens often. I was so appreciative and wish I had gotten their names. Thank you! ?”

“I’ve found quite a few cute clothes and dresses. It’s basically just another Winner’s with a little less selection. It feels less picked through though. I also have found quite a few nice home items though. I recommend and go back frequently.”
