“This review is solely based on my interaction with an employee at this store! (Okay, the massive yeti and bbq selection kinda helped too..?) Belinda! You are a rockstar. Not only is she full of product knowledge but she sure knows how to make you feel right at home in this store. I was incredibly shocked to find out that she hadn’t been working there her entire life and was in fact, pretty new! I was lost in the giant yeti selection and she came to my rescue as I must’ve looked like a lost pup. We ended up talking for quite some time as I learnt a ton and felt as if I’d known her forever. She is just an absolute peach and a total encyclopedia (for those too young for this book, it is one filled with lots of knowledge on many things) of anything you have questions on. If you are going to visit this store in the near future I highly recommend you go and find BELINDA! She will make your day with her kindness and wit as well as make you feel like you’ve left the store with the right purchase! (It wasn’t just a feeling, it was totally the right purchase). I guess a bit about the store too since I’m here, def has improved since I was in a few months ago, has more selection of products and the building is clean and well organized! For someone with the bladder of a child an open keyless bathroom that is clean, is also a pretty fantastic feature. You go Red Deer Home Hardware! (But only if you keep Belinda forever, you totally need her!)”

Tasked her with a project for looking up a receipt and although busy and staff were calling in sick, She still focused her attention on helping me.
