About RONA Red Deer (North)
RONA Red Deer (North) offers great customer service and phenomenal management staff. The staff are helpful, friendly and willing to help with needs, and they focus attention on each concern even when busy. The salesman is funny and nice, and delivery guys are awesome. The parts counters team can spend over 20 minutes finding an obscure piece for a portable dishwasher and rig a solution that works. Problems that could be frustrating are resolved positively and satisfactorily, leaving appreciative and willing to return. The location continues to get bigger by the week, and many recommend this store for its great staff and great service.

We went in to buy a BBQ. Customer service came to help us and was really nice and went and got an invoice for us. All the lot guys were so nice and helpful, and all seemed to enjoy their day, even on the miserable rainy day. I give 5 stars to them. They all seem to enjoy their job.
