“We went in to buy a BBQ. Customer service came to help us and was really nice and went and got an invoice for us. All the lot guys were so nice and helpful, and all seemed to enjoy their day, even on the miserable rainy day. I give 5 stars to them. They all seem to enjoy their job.”

“Rachael and Eric were incredibly helpful in helping us finalize everything we needed for our basement renovation. As we walked around the store, several other staff members also checked in to see if we needed assistance and were happy to answer our questions. It was great to experience such friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service. Highly recommend! 😊”

“I visited the store to purchase AA batteries for solar lights. Although the item was ultimately out of stock, the customer service was exemplary. Kevin from the paint department and Kane who was by the seasonal section were both highly proactive, friendly, and dedicated to assisting me with my search. I am rating my experience 4 stars rather than 5 solely because the internal inventory system was not updated, and no specific aisle location was designated for the product.”
