Josh was great to work with. Not pushy and very knowledgeable about the furniture. Excellent customer service when I had a small issue after picking up the chair we purchased. The problem was rectified pretty much immediately. I would definitely purchase again in the future.

We bought some easy chairs in November. We dealt with Ivan, and he was very helpful. No pressure sales at all. We have chairs and they are good quality and so comfortable. They do recline.Would highly recommend Lazy Boy.
