“Absolutely amazing customer service from Chelsey while trying to find something that would fit our smaller space. She was the saving grace on this sale after speaking with the manager. The only reason Aaron's in red deer is getting 5 stars is because of Chelsey. Roughly a month ago me and my partner went in to look for something that would fit our space better. We decided on Aaron's for the easy payments and went in to look around etc. After setting everything up and getting details worked out we called back a couple days later to figure out a delivery date and spoke to the store manager. She was absolutely nasty and rude and contradicting everything that was told to us without even checking to make sure what she was saying was true. Fast forward to today (August 12), we went to the store to ask questions on other pieces that match our living room set and the moment we walked in, the manager had a rude tone again without us even saying a word and then she walked away and was messing around in what appeared to be the warehouse area. If you go to this location, ask for Chelsey right away if you want excellent customer service.”

“The people in the tech department know their stuff. Though, depending on if you're dealing with cameras, computers or TV's, for whoever is working that department. I believe the pros in each department will be able to give you more information and guide you, without being pushy to exactly what you're looking for.”

“London Drugs has so many things in it...some healthy options as well. Love the pharmacy and the fact one is always treated with respect by the staff. One of my favorite stores in Red Deer!”

“Now that I'm older, I find the bigger stores harder to shop in; nothing is where I expect it to be. I was looking for an accessory for my mobile phone. Google said it was available at a few stores in Red Deer. I went to another store first. I couldn't find it. I then went to London Drugs and walked immediately to the correct department. Within two minutes, an associate came over and told me where to find it, walked me over to it, and later, rang up my purchase. In and out in 10 minutes. London Drugs has great personnel. Thank you.”

“I visited the store to purchase AA batteries for solar lights. Although the item was ultimately out of stock, the customer service was exemplary. Kevin from the paint department and Kane who was by the seasonal section were both highly proactive, friendly, and dedicated to assisting me with my search. I am rating my experience 4 stars rather than 5 solely because the internal inventory system was not updated, and no specific aisle location was designated for the product.”
