“Stopped in for an hour on a layover a few days ago and Bower Place was a nice surprise, way calmer than I expected for a mall. The food court around lunchtime had a solid mix and the staff at the pharmacy counter actually took time to help me find something instead of just pointing. Parking out front was easy and free, which after weeks of paid downtown lots elsewhere felt like a small luxury. Nothing flashy, just clean, well laid out, and easy to get in and out of, exactly what you want when you're just passing through.”

“Absolutely love this store. The staff are so nice and helpful as soon as you enter. My go to spot for gifts for every occasion. Beautiful locally made products. They even support kid vendors, which is fantastic.”

“April 3rd, 2023, went to Best Buy. Friendly staff. Helpful. VERY Busy for the cell phone section. Waited about 40 minutes before we could talk to someone in the cell phone department. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, they could not connect with rogers to get the proper ok to connect a Samsung watch. They need to check into their system. We went elsewhere, and they had no issues connecting us up with the device on the existing plan. Also looked into some Bluetooth earbuds. Unfortunately, they didn't quite have what inwas looking for.”

“We enjoyed ourselves and the food was delicious! Our service was great and especially great considering the large group that our server had to deal with! She was very friendly and efficient!”

“Hi my name is Daniel and I’m here to tell you how wonderful Samantha was in helping me find shoes . As a person with mental health conditions I want to first say she made it very easy for me. She was very patient and never once did I feel rushed. She was kind, and sweet and trust me I do not receive customer service that she provided often. She smiled, was very polite and respectful. It meant a lot to me and I thank her. People skills that I classify as exceptional. Thank you ✝”

“Went to Parkland Mall Saturday afternoon with a couple friends and honestly had a great time just wandering around for a few hours. The food court staff at the place we grabbed lunch from were super friendly and quick even with the weekend crowd. Parking was easier to find than I expected for a busy weekend, which made getting in and out painless. It has a really relaxed, welcoming vibe that made it an easy spot to hang out and catch up without feeling rushed.”
