“A friendly and inclusive place to grab some fresh and stylish gear. Customer Service is also top-notch. I actually forgot the bag with my purchases the other day (set it down while helping my kids with their winter jackets, then walked out the door without it), and after emailing to arrange for pickup at a later date, Noel went above and beyond and dropped the bag off at my in-laws' place where we were staying. Thanks so much again for doing me a solid there ?. This is the best shop in Red Deer, and we will be back for sure. Highly Recommended!”
“Amazing customer service by the two gentlemen working on June 28th at around 4:00pm in greeting me when I walked in and it was a clean and organized store. I was looking for a specific t-shirt and an associate saw that and asked if I needed assistance and showed me quickly where the t-shirt was and ended up ringing me through. He was so polite and friendly. It made my experience so lovely and happy in red deer. I am from calgary but highly recommend this location if you are in the area.”

“I was just in Bower Mall Red Deer yesterday, and I don't know if I have ever had more helpful sales staff. It was extremely busy, with a line up for the change rooms, and yet the staff ran back and forth bringing other sizes and styles of clothing for us to try on. Never indicating that we were a bother. There was no limit to how hard Lynette worked finding pair after pair in hopes of finding the right thing. We felt very honored and valued. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful as well. “I just want to say thank you so so much to the two lovely ladies that were working Black Friday for the closing shift, I called in asking if they could do me a big favor, and that was to get 9 items ready for me so I can just come in right before close and pay for them. Since the store closed at 8 and I was off at 7pm I was not sure if I would make it on time. Turns out I did and shopped around some more and got more then expected but totally worth it. “There was a lady in the store tonight that exemplified friendly customer service. I was in the market for a new pair of jeans, & she went over and above to help me. Although the store didn’t have what I was looking for, she advised me to take pics of what I liked and check online for sizes because there’s free returns in-store, then she wished me luck on my hunt. An hour later she caught me walking by the store on my way out of the mall, sincerely hoping I found what I was looking for & taking interest in my purchase. I’ll make sure I shop at Below The Belt again & kudos for her for being a great human. Cheers!”

“I love Wei's been going there since I was a kid. If you don't want to go downtown go to the store on top the north hill. They have so much at both stores.”
