“I just picked up a Reigning Champ hoodie over the weekend on my way to Edmonton for Thanksgiving with family. This hoodie was sold out just about everywhere so I was really happy to find it at Alta. The online ordering process was easy and my order was ready for pickup right away. The store looked great and I wish I had had more time to browse for a bit. Red Deer is very fortunate to have a great clothing shop like Alta. My next trip to Edmonton will definitely include another stop here!”

“I just want to say thank you so so much to the two lovely ladies that were working Black Friday for the closing shift, I called in asking if they could do me a big favor, and that was to get 9 items ready for me so I can just come in right before close and pay for them. Since the store closed at 8 and I was off at 7pm I was not sure if I would make it on time. Turns out I did and shopped around some more and got more then expected but totally worth it. “Hi ! I'll share a quick story ~ My wedding is this summer and I was on the quest for bridesmaids dress shopping. I've only really ever known of a few awesome bridal stores in town to look at or the second option is usually going to the bigger cities or online. That being said I was shopping with my mom one day at the Bower Mall and she tells me why don't you go look at the Suzy Shier/Le Chateau they have a bunch of beautiful dresses/colors/varieties to choose. So we ventured off to look at some dresses and she was right! BUT THEN I thought well why don't we check and see with the store employees if they do any kind of bridesmaids appointments. I was met at the front counter by lovely staff and the manager Kateland . She told me they were trying to open the door to this avenue and that it was just good timing to ask about it. Long story short. My bridesmaid's all went home with there dress and some jewellery and shoes ! The staff treated us so well they had cheese platters and some water for us also they stayed an hour after hours/ close for us to let us try on the dresses and have the store to ourselves it was such an amazing experience and I'm really grateful for the staff that helped us and made my day with my people extra special. Thank you, thank you , thank you.”

“There was a lady in the store tonight that exemplified friendly customer service. I was in the market for a new pair of jeans, & she went over and above to help me. Although the store didn’t have what I was looking for, she advised me to take pics of what I liked and check online for sizes because there’s free returns in-store, then she wished me luck on my hunt. An hour later she caught me walking by the store on my way out of the mall, sincerely hoping I found what I was looking for & taking interest in my purchase. I’ll make sure I shop at Below The Belt again & kudos for her for being a great human. Cheers!”

I wrote a review 2 days ago I need to redo , I walked in 2 days ago with a bad attitude, looking homeless as usual , and was asked actually rather politely to not touch the leather , if I was going to pick them up to hold them a specific way .... that annoyed me , I was thinking this guy thinks I'm homeless and I threw my hands in the air and walked away ,........ wellllllll today I decided to go back with my better half to look, as we most definitely did buy shoes from journeys instead of this store ..... well I saw their sign today that asks just as nicely to not touch the leather , so that had nothing to do with my appearance......... I will most definitely be buying clothes and stuff for my kids here for the Xmas season and any other season that's to come , this store sells nice things , and the owner obviously cares about his products before they are bought ..... I'm glad I came back for round 2 today”

They were out of his size but the young lady who was helping me did not hesitate to suggest that she call the store downtown. They had the style and size that I was looking for and someone from the downtown store (I think the owner), without hestitation, actually BROUGHT THEM up to the north hill store for me within 10 minutes.
