They had a great selection of boots and had my size in everything I had expressed interest in. Christi H went out of her her way to ensure I was taken care of, and they even looked after my parking so I didn't get a ticket. I highly recommend this location and I know where to go when I need any western wear. Thanks for a great experience!”

I actually forgot the bag with my purchases the other day (set it down while helping my kids with their winter jackets, then walked out the door without it), and after emailing to arrange for pickup at a later date, Noel went above and beyond and dropped the bag off at my in-laws' place where we were staying. Thanks so much again for doing me a solid there ?. This is the best shop in Red Deer, and we will be back for sure. Highly Recommended!”

I was looking for a specific t-shirt and an associate saw that and asked if I needed assistance and showed me quickly where the t-shirt was and ended up ringing me through. He was so polite and friendly. It made my experience so lovely and happy in red deer. I am from calgary but highly recommend this location if you are in the area.”

    “I came in about 8 months ago looking for pants and had a great experience with one of the employees, so when I needed some new ones I decided to come back. By complete chance, I ended up being helped by the same employee again, and I honestly couldn’t believe that after all that time, she remembered me, remembered the exact pants I bought, what styles I liked, AND even remembered my size! She was absolutely awesome. There was zero pressure to buy anything, she just knew what I was looking for, pulled out things she thought I’d actually like, and somehow nailed it almost every time. It felt genuinely personalized instead of just being sold whatever was in stock. Seriously the best customer service I’ve EVER had. The fact that she remembered all of that after 8 months absolutely blew me away. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!”

    “There was a lady in the store tonight that exemplified friendly customer service. I was in the market for a new pair of jeans, & she went over and above to help me. Although the store didn’t have what I was looking for, she advised me to take pics of what I liked and check online for sizes because there’s free returns in-store, then she wished me luck on my hunt. An hour later she caught me walking by the store on my way out of the mall, sincerely hoping I found what I was looking for & taking interest in my purchase.
