SSRD - Southside Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is a locally-owned dealership that has served Red Deer and Central Alberta for over 50 years. Reviews describe a great experience with pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff who are genuine, accommodating, patient, and down to earth. Customers note a no-pressure, transparent approach where the team works hard to hear what the customer wants, find the right vehicle, and get a deal that fits their budget and circumstances. The sales staff go over and above before and after the sale, taking care of all the little details and creating a family-feel aspect. The service is fast, and the big location has a lot of vehicles to peruse. Multiple customers are on their second purchase from the dealership and highly recommend it.

Jeremy was great with the sale. Everything was quick and the vehicle was delivered clean and with a full tank of fuel. Even the accessories were installed right away and with my timeline respected. Thanks again.

Amanda at southside dodge Red Deer in the parts centre was amazing. Came in to see how much it would be for a new set of lugbolts for tires. And Amanda was able to get me my car in get a new set put on my tires. Will definitely be back again
