“I just had the most amaazing customer service experience with Chiara at Rona - Crossiron Kitchen Design department. She called me to advise that one of the items that I purchaed online was damaged. She went out of her way to call other Rona stores in Calgary to find the same 2 items. Chiara found another location in Calgary that had the two same items. She transferred the order and purchase to that store. I am a very happy customer! Way to go Chiara!!!”

“Thank you for your help, Sharon. Very attentive and carefully listened to my question. I got a fast and accurate advice and she has also kindly shown me where to pick up the items, even though it was out of her way. Again, thank you, Sharon.”
