A special shoutout to Dan and Zach for going above and beyond. We needed some wood cut and also had a special order that we hoped could be delivered the very next day. They both took the time to help us, made the process easy, and ensured everything was taken care of. Their outstanding customer service made what could have been a stressful project run smoothly.

“I had an unexpectedly great experience at Canadian Tire thanks to Rajan.
It was Family Day, my mechanic and the dealership service department were closed, and my Audi Q5 showed a very low engine oil warning. I was quite stressed because I wasn’t sure what oil I needed.
Rajan went far beyond what I would normally expect. He carefully checked the manual, came out to the parking lot with me, looked at the vehicle information directly in the car, and made sure we selected the correct oil. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help.
This level of service is truly rare nowadays. It was not just customer service — it was real care and professionalism.

“THANK you to the manager here. Every other RONA LOCATION IN CALGARY WOULDNT HELP US. The issue was regarding a wrong sized bar on the roof of a 1700$ gazebo. The part was from Landon and co, Ronas company and none of the other Ronas bothered. We paid extra for shipping cuz we lived out of town and had to drive in 40+ mins to get this figured out. Spent 3 hours sitting around customer service getting tossed between each location on the phone until Gagan the manager at this location helped us out.”

Rona brings in a great selection of hot peppers for you to grow in the spring I tried a couple of their peppers tonight the Cayenne for me was mild then I tried the Scotch bonnet that was getting close to what I like but next time I'm going to try the Reaper which is one of the hottest pepper you can eat these are all available for you to grow and enjoy at Rona hopefully they have a great selection next spring”
“Showed up 30 minutes before close on a Saturday night because I was halfway through a project, and the guy who helped me found exactly what I needed, explained how to install, and I wound up spending less than I would have to. Awesome service, I SO appreciated it.

“John, help me out. I actually left Canadian tire because the lady in the plumbing department knew nothing about plumbing. Probably has never done any plumbing herself so I came here and John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his help. I would have given five stars but to check out the self-checkout was extremely tedious asking me about 17 questions before it finally allowed me to pay. I just want to scan my item, hit pay and pay. I get so annoyed with these self-checkouts that ask you all these things and try to sell you extra things.”

I’m also a big fan of the flooring department, the thoughtfulness around the displays make it easy to see and feel different materials before committing, which beats guessing from a box or website.”
