Visited the store sunday to find some jeans for myself. I have never shopped at the store so i was unsure about my size and the fit I was looking for. After some trial and error in the fitting room the girls there helped me find the 511 jeans. When I got to the till the nice girl told me about the deals on the jeans. When I went back to the 511 wall for a second pair sage was incredibly rude. Anything I would touch she would aggressively stand beside me and “fix” though I never actually pulled anything out of the wall. Knew it was a problem with me because there was multiple people shopping that wall and she followed me everywhere I went, from the table to the wall, even though there was people genuinely making a mess. Really hope it wasn’t a race thing. When I went back to the till I complained to the cashier who was sympathetic. Thanks to the nice girls in the fitting rooms who showed me the 511 jeans and the young lady at the till definitely made the trip better however overall a 6/10 wouldn’t recommend shopping here to others, better luck at a different location!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your stores. This was, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
Every time I picked up an item to look at, the staff would immediately snatch it away and rush to put it back on the shelf, preventing me from even considering the product properly. When I showed interest in trying on a piece, the employee rudely reorganized it, all the while glaring at me, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable.
I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from store staff before. I will not be returning to this location. Your employees could benefit from learning how to properly assist customers from nearby stores like Aritzia, where the staff are always helpful and friendly.
Please do not let such poor customer service tarnish the image of Levi's, a brand that is respected worldwide. I will also be sending this feedback to the corporate office to ensure this matter is addressed.

Love shopping at the Levi's store. Today when I went in Ricky provided amazing customer service. Really appreciate everything she did to provide the best shopping experience for us!

Great experiences with staff, including the staff helping me named Gia. The reviews here are not accurate, the customer service was more than fair. It's their store, you have the follow their rules. Great quality jeans as well.

The customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing. My 12-year-old daughter wanted to try on some clothes, but two employees in the fitting room, a young girl and an Indian lady with red bangles, did not allow her mother to accompany her. This was really shocking, as there is no policy that prevents parents from helping their kids outside the fitting room. Please provide customer service training to the two employees working in the fitting room on July 20, 2024.…. Otherwise all other employees was really helpful

Rude staff!!!! Never gonna buy there again!!! Not recommended!! I bought tons of stuff not even a thank you afterwards!!! I will tell my friends and family not to buy there anymore and just choose some other store with better customer service!!!

The staff in this store border on harassment. Upon entering the store a staff member advised me of the deals. Two steps behind that staff member, within ear shot was another staff member who then asked me if I'd heard the deals. I politely advised, yes. From then forward everytime I went to touch a piece of clothing those two same staff members approached me asking if they could help me find a size or if there was anything particular I was looking for. There is being helpful and then there's harrasment as they approached me every minute I was in the store, sometimes back to back. I got the impression they didn't want anyone touching the clothes, because they didn't want to refold them. Within 15 minutes of being in the store I had been approached by the same staff members approx. 10 times. After trying on a few items that I decided not to purchase the fitting room attendant refused to allow me to exit the fitting rooms without answering why the items didn't work for me. She offered to get me a new size or another style, when I explained they just didn't work she said "oh it's just one of those days?". The fitting room attendant did the exact same thing to the person I was shopping with. Going forward I'll buy my Levi's elsewhere. This is store is not a welcoming atmosphere.

The mall closes at 9, I’m in the store at 8:35. The grid door is halfway to the floor and for me to exit the store I have to bend down and try my best to shimmy under the door. I can’t imagine someone who is older or unable to do the limbo to exit the store would feel but for even myself who is fairly fit it wasn’t easy. It also made me feel incredibly unwelcome.

I had a terrible experience at this store. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite asking for assistance with T-shirts, they completely ignored me, claiming they had none in stock. However, I later found plenty on the racks, which made me question their honesty. Their energy levels were at an all-time low, and they seemed disinterested in assisting me. To top it off, I couldn't shake the feeling that their attitude towards me was influenced by my skin color, which is absolutely unacceptable. I've never felt so excluded and ignored in a retail environment before. To add insult to injury, they even had the audacity to ask me to leave the waiting area while my girlfriend was trying on dresses, making me feel unwelcome and unimportant. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Very rude and worst staff I have ever met. Had a query related to the warranty of the product I had purchased a month ago and the store supervisor/manager started overreacting and was very rude. When I asked if I could at least get the customer service number to contact, she reacted as if she owned the store and told me to check it online or wherever, saying they didn't have any information about it. Never visiting this store again. ?
