Very rude manager , will never shop here agin. Who ever the D.M is should take some serious action. According to the store manager they dont have a D.M which is bull as we all know every retail business have a D.M disrespect.

If I can give this store a zero rating I will. The store manager is very rude. I bought a t-shirt and the cost is $49 but charges me $55. I went back to inform that the price is wrong. Is 60% plus additional 20% and asking me that I only have $2 refund when they own me $6 already but she calculated the 49 only and discounts and not the $55. She told me her calculation is right for having $2 refund and she claim she is accountant when is very obvious her calculation is wrong.

Nightmare for customer service. Merchandise is literally stained and dirty, and the staff is very unhelpful. Multiple shirts had what looked like spilled coffee or blood stains all over it.

Very poor customer service it’s says 20 % off on entire store and cashier said it’s for new sign up only . They should change the sign it’s scam . I’m regular customer here from 5 years but not anymore

Terrible customer service!
Found a jacket in the clearance with no tag, went to ask the associate to check the price, she said she doesn't know and can't help. Apparently it was the last one so whatever. Brought it to the front another associate doesn't bother to check at till just roughly guessed how much it was. Useless.
Proceed to leave and saw the jacket on the front asked if it can be taken off, it was the right size and on clearance, however, when asked, the associate state they can't.
Maybe this policy is at Calvin Klein or maybe other places but I have never had a store saying they can't. As it was a clearance so usually many store tries to clear it out. I guessed not at Calvin Klein. It was a jacket hence easy take off of the mannequin but it was too much to ask.
If the basic customer service can't be provided, then no need for customer to come in.

The store manager, Katelin, is unbelievably rude and arrogant. Her behavior is completely unprofessional, and I am shocked that someone with such a terrible attitude could ever be trusted to run a store. She clearly lacks the basic skills of respect, communication, and customer service. Frankly, she is driving customers away, and it’s beyond me how she is still in this position. Immediate action needs to be taken she should be replaced with someone actually capable of representing the company properly. Get her out of there ASAP. She’s horrendous.

Worst Manager I’ve Ever Dealt With:
The products were fine, but the store manager completely ruined my experience. I came in with a simple exchange request for an item that was clearly defective, and instead of helping, the manager was rude, dismissive, and talked to me like I was wasting their time. They didn’t listen, interrupted me constantly, and made me feel like I was the problem. Their attitude was unprofessional and condescending, which is shocking for a brand like Calvin Klein. If this is the kind of leadership they hire, it’s no wonder customers leave frustrated.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Assistant Manager
I have been a loyal customer of this store for nearly 10 years, but after my recent visit, I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
I went to check out with three T-shirts that were clearly marked under a 60% off red label section (as shown in the attached photo). However, one of the shirts rang up at a different price. When I asked the cashier about it, the assistant manager abruptly stepped in and claimed the shirt was part of the graphic T-shirts section marked 30% off—even though it was a solid T-shirt, clearly placed under the 60% off signage.
I politely walked back with her to show the placement and signage, but instead of resolving the issue calmly, she became argumentative and even involved security—over a pricing dispute that could have easily been handled with basic customer service.
This was not only humiliating but also unacceptable. The way I was treated felt rude and dismissive, and to be honest, it came across as discriminatory. As a regular customer, I expect better.
Please be careful with pricing at this Calvin Klein Outlet Store. What you see on the shelf may not match what you’re charged at the register and based on my experience, don’t expect much help if there’s a problem. I suggest checking your receipt carefully or considering other stores in the mall.

Today, July 27 at 2pm your sales guy refused to sell t-shirt.
Actually, i was standing behind the customer one your sales guy was helping and was watching for my turn to pay for my stuff. When he done with the customer after 10 minutes he refused me to sell. He told me to stand back to rest customer. If he did want to do work please send him home. This thing is not acceptable. If i was standing on wrong spot then should let me know before. The manager is not helpful at all.
Just want to return my merchandise all in good condition and since it was more than 30 days, they are not accepting it.
First time to experience like this service before.

I recently visited the Calvin Klein store to find a suit for my wedding, and I had an amazing experience. A blonde lady, who I believe was the store manager, helped me throughout the process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and guided me in choosing the perfect suit. She took the time to help me find the right fit, style, and size, and I can honestly say it’s the best suit I’ve ever owned. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. Thank you for making my special day even more special!
