“This place is great for good quality furniture! From kitchen, Living room, bedroom. Now it is pricey, but you get what you pay for. We have boughten a bedroom set, back in 2014 a few years back. :-) Stands up very well. The furniture is heavy and solid not made cheap with particle board. Moving the furniture around is impossible by yourself. Love this place for one of a kind items you can't get anywhere else.Not just furniture sold here, light fixtures, towels, nicknacks, craft Ideas as well as horse trailers! Rustic Ranch Furniture is located out in the country, so you'll have Plenty of parking.We Enjoy the friendly staff all willing to help us out.”
“We bought a washer dryer combo. The men that delivered it were very nice, they set it up and put it in place. The washer made a grinding noise so we called the store right away and sent a video of it. They replaced the unit within a few days. The service was great but the machine itself is just okay...it's much louder than my old one so I'm really not thrilled with it. I'll give 5 stars for service but not for the machine.”

“I recently purchased a La-Z-Boy couch in December at the Cross Iron store and I absolutely love it. It’s very comfortable, and I really love having the ability to adjust it into different positions so I can fully relax. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and with the excellent customer service I received.
The sales team was professional, helpful, and very diligent throughout the process. I also really appreciated that because I bought it just before Boxing Day, they honored the Boxing Day promotion and applied the 20% discount as promised.
I was also very pleased with the delivery service. The couch was delivered on time as promised, and the delivery team was friendly and helpful. They brought it in, showed me how to use the remotes that came with it, and even moved my existing couch down into my basement family room for me, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy.”
