I was excited to shop at the CrossIron HomeSense because they have a great selection of products. Unfortunately, my experience was completely ruined by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the cashier. An older white lady at checkout was incredibly arrogant, with no sense of courtesy or basic customer service. Her dismissive attitude and lack of politeness left a bad impression, and honestly, it ruined my mood. I expect better from a store like HomeSense. With service like this, I will not be returning to this location again.

Had a lot of great stuff and great selection however the staff could be overheard arguing. I work staging showhomes so we went in to buy a lot of stuff. We probably had about 8 carts full. The whole time checking out we were treated as if we were stealing stuff. After it was already paid for the lady (I think her name was Dorothy) would not allow us to leave the store to start loading our vehicle with our things. We were on a time crunch trying to get these showhomes done. She was physically holding the carts and arguing with us about taking the stuff out of the store and insisting that she come with us to the car and over watch us load it. She was being extremely rude to both us and her coworkers and just made it way more difficult than it had to be. Strange unpleasant behaviour. After buying a lot from the store you’d think she would at least be nice.
