HomeSense

Department Stores
Hours: HomeSense is a favorite store for many, offering a sense of enjoyment and wonder from exploring its unique and very cool products. It is positively one of their absolute favorite stores to shop in. The store has an incredible collection, with good items especially clothes with brand names at reasonable prices. Shoppers find many good items on clearance and great deals on all sorts of home goods, with lots of variety. The products are fairly priced for the quality you get, and there is always new stock and accents. The store is well organized and this location is great even though it's inside the mall. It is connected with Winners, and customers can pay at either location. The staff is generally nice, friendly, and helpful, with quick checkouts. However, some reviews note that service can be inconsistent, with employees sometimes not focused on the job at hand, which can be irritating. Management is encouraged to keep employees focused and put customers first. Shoppers should keep in mind that most items, while good, may have quality issues that did not pass required checks. Some issues may not be visible without a detailed check. It is recommended to use the members card to extend the return period to 30 days. Overall, it is a forever favourite stop for home decor.
