“Truthfully my second experience with the staff at this store makes up for the initial experience I had. Regardless of the first experience (everyone is entitled to a bad day), when I went back they were very accommodating. I took my watch in to get the battery changed and resized. The gentleman that did it was absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, and took the time to polish the watch and made sure everything was as I wanted. Overall he was just an amazing person to deal with. I know this location has some bad customer service reviews, but I would give them another shot as my second experience with the staff was definitely worth 5 stars.”
