We were there 10 mins ago and my daughter just put the bath bomb and she didnt ask any staff and we say sorry one of the staff (blonde lady) was the meanest and rudest person ive ever met. she shouldnt work in the customer service

I called last week to officially book a party for my friends birthday. The gentleman on the phone let me know I needed to book this 2 weeks in advance. Before this call I had called almost 2 months prior to collect information about booking and was not informed about the 2 weeks notice. I understand, the store requires time to order the product for the parties, makes sense. I asked him if at all it was possible to get this done as it was something my friend really wanted to do for her 40th birthday. He said "ya we can if you want to make nothing then ya we can have a party here!" I don't need the sarcasm, I'm already frustrated that I didn't receive the correct information, I don't appreciate salt in the wound. Anyway, I decided to call Chinook and wow am I extremely happy that I did, they were able to book the party as they had some extra supplies. Even though crossiron is 15 minutes from me and chinook is about 40 minutes I highly recommend chinook. Crossiron apparently doesn't care for business.

Was there a few weeks ago, Kayla went above and beyond for me. She was very knowledgeable. She was the only one who offered to help me look for product while I was in the store. I had a very positive experience there because of her. Thank you Kayla!

Peter, was phenomenal! He greeted us very kindly and helped us every step of the way with very in depth and thorough product knowledge. He was very passionate about the products and self care in general, his goal was to make sure we found the best products for our needs!

By far the greatest experience I have ever had at Lush, and I have had many great experiences here. The manager, Peter, and the assistant manager, Hayley, were beyond helpful and compassionate. I could have stayed and chatted with them for hours. Any question I had, they were both beyond knowledgeable and offered suggestions as well. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of being helped by Peter, and I know it will not be the last. Made my whole day and then some. I cannot recommend this store and these two enough. Thank you both for all your help!!

Literally just left this store. All of the staff are standing around doing nothing. My family and I weren't greeted even though two of the women working there were within arm's reach. When we asked about pricing on some of the bath bombs we got a one word answer and a bit of an eye roll. I've been in many Lush stores across Canada and usually the staff are very friendly and helpful, this location on the other hand is the complete opposite.
