Both experiences were fantastic with either Mel or Melissa helping me out and answering any and every question I had, and so patiently. As I've always been - I get very nervous when my car needs to be serviced because I don't understand the language centered around vehicles. They're so great in explaining everything in a way that I can understand. The crew working on my tires have been excellent, too! I had some immediate bad luck with my brand new tire and I was extra nervous to deal with this today. Between Melissa helping me out on the phone, and the in-store service from Eric and Lee, I feel so much better.
