I was nervous about trying this workout because of how out of shape I was but I thought how can I go wrong with a free trial. I can say now that I am loving every minute of it. Such a positive and encouraging environment. Very inclusive for every body type and age.

I love 30 min hit! Especially my morning workouts with Tanya! I love that she is always switching it up and giving you new things to try and push yourself. All the trainers and members are so supportive it is a very positive atmosphere.
