“Stopped in for an air filter, some DEF fluid, washer fluid and some wiper blades. Went to install the air filter in the parking lot outside and had an issue with the hood latch.Asked for a little assistance and without missing a beat, I was followed outside to the vehicle and was shown a damaged part that was causing the problem.He was able to nudge things just enough to get things open until Ford can do the repair and was able to get the air filter changed.Very happy with the “above and beyond” service.
