“Searching online I found a product at this particular store and when I made the trip it was not in stock.
UPDATE- these people take customer service seriously. I posted the above review and the next day the owner had responded saying that they'd run out of stock and that a shipment of the product arrived the next day. He then gifted me a tube of the product that I'd been after. I was annoyed when I posted, but now I'm gratified. One other note--I mentioned the situation to a friend in Sherwood Park and he likes that Home Hardware store a lot. He especially likes their prices.”
“Had a great experience at Crystal Glass in Sherwood Park. Phoned in for an appointment for a small rock chip on my windshield. They didn't take appointments but rather walk-ins. I came same day and they helped me right away. The service was quick and staff were very nice. Highly recommend!”

The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful in locating the items I needed for my projects.
