“I brought my ring set in for inspection and cleaning (I have had a warranty for the past 20 years, and have always had great service for these biannual checks!)
Bronwyn inspected it and noticed a repair that was needed to the prongs, in order to keep my diamond secure. I really appreciate that she noticed it! I asked about resizing and I understood there could possibly be a cost associated because the ring has already been resized before and was a bit thin.
Tee was working when I came to pick it up and I was happy to find out it was resized at no cost to me! Tee was also very funny and personable. I enjoyed these visits to the store.
