Grewt place to visit with your kids on Halloween night.
They give away good little toys in a gift bag.
The staff are very polite always.
Anyday of the year.
Edmonton in Geral has such a lovely sence of comminty.
Our amublances and fire trucks are out giving candy away.
No where esle we have lived has such a great sence of commnity.

They don’t acknowledge black people. Not a hello, not a can I help you?. Just a glance and and looked away. 3 people working behind the desk (2 females and 1 man). June 19 th 1:45 pm. My son and I left without buying for that reason. Will not return.

The amount that this store marks up the price on EVERYTHING is insanity. Save your money and go to Walmart for a 1/4 of the price. Whatever you can’t find at Walmart, order from Amazon for even less….. I bought my sons a couple small plastic toy trucks here for $145.00 each to find the identical items on Amazon for $35.00 each…… wow

Poor service. Used a gift card at the store, which they said didn't go through. I paid using credit card instead. Days later, I checked balance on gift card and the transaction showed up. Presented loads of information and proof to the store and they did a lot of talking to to the powers that be, but ultimately nothing was done to remedy the situation. not even a small discount on my next visit was offered. There won't be a next visit.

It’s unfortunate because the two girls who helped me when I ran in for a last second gift, due to a package arriving damaged, were fantastic.One of the girls grabbed me a toy from an end cap display that had been tried by many kids/adults. I didn’t think anything of it at the time but once getting the toy out and using it we realized that it’s glitchy and has some deep scratches on it. When I called to ask about an exchange the “manager” on shift Tues Aug 3 afternoon, was so incredibly ignorant and lazy that it’s astounding she even holds that position.She informed me it’s up to “managers discretion” for an exchange/return, would not provide me with the nice manager who closed and helped me on Saturday August 1st name or schedule until I badgered her for it. At first receiving responses such as “I don’t know” “I’m not by the schedule” like get off your lazy a$$ and go check, I was trying to see the same lady to make the process smoother for everybody involved. Other condescending comments such as “Well we don’t have demos” “I don’t know who closed that day” Just complete lack of any sort of customer service, considering the toys here have inflated prices I thought I’d receive better service than Walmart, next time I guess I’ll go to them and save 15 dollars on the same toy. What a terrible experience.

Child got a toy from here. Not age appropriate, he is way too old for it. Tags saying Mastermind on the SEALED box. Politely asked to exchange only, told no- no receipt. Yes, it was a gift. I am trying not to embarrass the person who bought the big box (size of box would be impossible to steal...) by asking for receipt since the gift is so age inappropriate. Thus, son got no toy in the end.Sealed box sitting at home.Would give 0 stars if I could, very disappointing "service"

Excellent selection of toys but it would be nice if they had a bit more in the STEM area. Overall a great place to shop.
