“My wife and I needed a small storage space for a few months-we originally went to their Sherwood Park Broadmoor location but they were full and they recommended their location on Provincial Ave.
When we went to the Provincial Avenue location as soon as walked in we felt welcomed, the staff were friendly and quickly helped us with what we needed-reviewed the documents thoroughly with us-sold us a lock and off we went.
A few months later we went to our storage and when I went to open the lock they had sold us the key sheared off in my hand as I attempted to open the lock-now what I thought?
I went and told them at the office and they immediately without hesitation had an employee go cut the lock off and gave me a new lock, telling me they had changed the type of locks now as they had a few problems with the lock we had purchased. That was awesome they handled the situation the way they did….no stress on me just dealt with immediately..thank you!
We only needed our rental for a short time but our dealings were excellent with the staff start to finish.
We recommend if you need a storage locker go and see them at there Sherwood Park location-Im confident you will be happy with their service and the space.”

“Fantastic service and great rates! The deal offered was a great incentive, especially since I only needed the unit short-term. I've never used a storage facility before, and John was super informative and patient with all of my questions. The storage unit was a great way to hold some of my furniture and items temporarily in a pinch when I had to move during the worst time of the year (during a winter storm). The outdoor unit itself was clean and accessible - I had no concerns whatsoever. I would definitely use this place again if I needed, and would recommend them to my friends.”
